Lets talk about this “Athleisure” outfit (Athletic Leisure) Athleisure is a trend in fashion in which clothing designed for athletic workouts at a gymnasium, sometimes termed activewear, is worn outside of the gym to go to the office or shopping or other social occasions.
It doesn’t take much to dress it up or down. You choose. Since I was attending church in this outfit, I chose heels and bold jewelry. My makeup today was a little more dramatic than normal too. I feel good 😉 Let me know in the comment section about your Athleisure experience.
