Welcome to FALL!!   I must admit I can feel a slight shift in the temperature.  But that doesn’t mean I’m convinced, I need to feel more LOL.  Today I chose to wear Culottes and a Crop Top.  It’s the perfect outfit to start off the Fall season.  These culottes can certainly be re-styled with a pair of boots as the temperature drops and we move into Winter.  The possibilities are endless.  I will certainly get a huge bang for my buck on these for sure 😉 .
I always say Crop Top and that’s what it is, BUT I’m way to old to have my skin showing.  Lucky for me my torso is short and nothing shows. The top falls just above the waist-line.
I accessorized today with a long back and gold necklace and watch, black earrings and gold bracelet, all very simple.  The BAG, I know I always say I love my bags which I do! this one was in a clearance bin at Marshall’s I couldn’t believe it.  Been itching to carry it and today was the day.  Don’t be surprised if you see it again real soon…
Kudos to my husband for capturing some great angles today.  He made me look skinny!!

Well, today is the last Sunday of Summer. (Even though nothing will be changing for a while 🙁 )  Last year I ended the last Sunday of Summer in floral print. Today’s summer finale, this Ice Blue, box pleated, fit and flare sleeveless dress.  To my surprise it even has pockets! Notice the embellished boat neckline which I’m usually not a fan.  I normally remove them (if I can) because they can look cheap especially on a dress that’s NOT cheap.  But this one made the cut, no pun intended LOL!
Even though summer ends this week on the 22nd, that doesn’t mean we have to put away ALL of our summer attire.  Some things can take us well into Fall especially if you live in Texas.  So do your best to keep cool as we transition.. wear whatever you like…
Let’s  talk accessories; I chose a watercolor print pointed toe pump ♥ that pointed toe.   Added a bold pearl like bracelet and pearl & clear stone combination earrings.  THE BAG… today I chose this cream box clutch with gold beads.  LVE MY BAGS…

Happy Sunday… There is something about a Lady in a “Suit”  Years ago I wore suits quite often.  I stopped wearing them even though they’ve never gone out of style (never will).

We had no idea this fabric would be so hard to photograph.  Hope the photos don’t make you dizzy 🙂 LOL!!!

Seersucker is the ultimate spring and summer fabric, stylish, comfortable, light weight and cool.  I thought, summer is winding down I better wear this one today!  There is only one more Sunday before FALL arrives… looking forward to some cooler weather and a change in wardrobe.  Not sure how soon that will be after all  we live in TEXAS, these warm temperatures could be around a little longer.

When I bought this suit (which was sold as separates) I should have bought an extra pair of slacks and had them made into a pair of shorts for another stylish look.  Missed opportunity!     The only accessories I wore was a pair of earrings and of course my polka dot Blue Bag.  I thought it would be unexpected to mix the two prints.  This bag is VERY OLD, I purchased three of them red, black and blue polka dot.  I do that sometimes, why not. 😉 …

Happy Sunday!  Today’s outfit FRINGE and more fringe.  I don’t see fringe going away anytime soon.  It was huge last year and I think it can still hold its own today.  As Fall approaches and Winter sets in you will see me in it again (fringe that is…) I hope we have a real Winter this year 😉
I purchased this dress a good while ago from one of the big box discount stores.  It doesn’t matter where you get your clothes or how much you pay for them, you can still look good.
“You make the clothes, the clothes don’t make you”.
The dress being full of fringe made a statement of its own.  I couldn’t help myself when it came to the shoes.  Why not make it a head to toe fringe look.  My bare legs broke up the space between the dress and shoes making the two work well together.  I’m hardly ever without a statement piece around my neck and today was no exception LOL.  How about my little bag of the week…. it’s perfect, adding just a hint of color.
Enjoy the rest of your holiday weekend.
